We didn’t exactly know how to drive an RV. We were like kings, baby!īut here’s the kicker. We had our own space, our own bathroom, and we could cook our own meals. I rented one too with my wife and children. He rented an RV for the next family reunion, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. So, I pitched this idea to my cousin Terrence, so he could pray in peace with his wife without waking up everybody else, and at first, he wasn’t feeling it. No more rude staff… It’s like luxury camping, people! ![]() No more cramped hotel rooms, no more listening to Auntie Tanya snore all night long. You’ve got a home on wheels, baby! You can park that bad boy anywhere and you’re good to go. Why not rent an RV for the next family reunion? I mean, think about it. Now, I’m not saying I’m a genius or anything, but I had a stroke of brilliance. I’m not saying that hotel staff steal, but I could swear that I had $50 laying on the dresser one night and it was gone later, after the maid came in. It was like a game of hide and seek, but with cleaning supplies. I would come back to my room and find them in there, cleaning away like I wasn’t even there. I mean, I swear they were hiding in the closet or something. They would sneak in there when you least expected it and scare the crap out of you. And the cleaning service? They were like ninjas. I asked for extra towels and they acted like I was asking for a kidney transplant. Oh, and let me tell you about the hotel staff. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom situation. My cousin Terrence who just got married, brought his new wife, and let’s just say they pray real loud at night. I mean, my Auntie Tanya was snoring so loud, I swear I could hear her from the next room over! It was like sleeping next to a freight train. And let me tell you, it was crazy! We were all crammed into this tiny hotel, like sardines in a can, and it was not a good look. ![]() Do you remember the last time your family got together? The joy of reconnecting with loved ones, the endless laughter, and the memories that are etched in your heart forever? I remember a family reunion a few years ago.
